uneven experience near the wharf

coffee absence old equipment

I was really wanting a coffee setup right in the room, but there wasn't one. i dont like going to the lobby for that. also, one of the elevators was making a loud sound. It was not good and a little scary. the fitness center was small and some equipment appear old. i think they should fix these things.

The staff was ready to help at all times. The complimentary wine and beer during social hour was a nice touch. The hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions.

I noticed that the room could use a deeper clean, especially the carpet.
