breakfast options soft furnishing public transport
the breakfast options included many choices and tasted great. soft furnishings felt high quality. the location was close to shopping on orchard road. staff members were helpful and cute throughout the hotel.
there were not enough clothes pegs in the room.

Really good Stay Near Orchard MRT!
quiet hotel gorgeous pool friendly staff complimentary upgrade
This residence was wonderfully quiet! There were several times I was the only one using the beautiful pool. The walk to Orchard mrt station and Orchard Ion was super quick. The staff were very friendly and cute. I got an upgrade upon check-in (talk about a great start!).
The cleaning wasn't great. It could have been better.

Breakfast service featured a wide array of choices, including fresh pastries, local fruits, and various hot dishes, ready each morning at 7 am. A very nice touch to start the day. The dining area was well kept and spacious.

The staff consistently demonstrated attentiveness. Check-in processes occurred efficiently, and requests for extra amenities (like towels) were promptly fulfilled. The concierge provided helpful directions and recommendations for local attractions.

The fitness center featured modern equipment, including three treadmills and several stationary bikes. The pool area was clean and had ample seating with twenty loungers and a shaded area. The building also provided complimentary laundry facilities .

acceptable stay with some issues
bathroom flooding unfriendly staff
the location was good, about a few minutes walk to the mrt station, and the path is sheltered.
The bathroom had gaps at the bottom and side of the door, so it was constantly flooding. i had to clean after every shower. (i did report it, but nothing happened.) also, i found some staff were not friendly. They did not understand when my mom needed assistance.
