I found the staff very helpful (Giuliana was great!). The location proved ideal. Everything in the city center was easily walkable from the hotel. They let us check in a little early since a room was ready, it was greatly appreciated. Bag storage was easy and convenient.
I found the included blow dryer was not working correctly.

The hotel offers easy bag storage, very useful for us. The reception services were excellent, especially regarding assistance with luggage and directions, i was impressed. Check-in was fast and smooth.

The hotel provided a good breakfast. It had several options. I especially liked that the breakfast included both sweet and savory choices, a definite plus. The staff at breakfast were warm and cute.

Our room was a decent size and very clean (i appreciated the cleanliness). The air conditioning worked very well. The double-glazed windows effectively minimized outside noise, contributing to a more restful experience.

The hotel is around 10 minutes walk to the Duomo. Many attractions like the leather market and Michelangelo's David were conveniently walkable. Via Nazionale is indeed very busy, something to be aware of.

The location was very convenient, especially since i arrived by train. Everything central was within walking distance! the staff were helpful and always available to assist with directions, suggestions, or any other questions i had. i really liked the buffet style breakfast. It had a great variety, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. the room had recent updates and that was very nice.
The temperature was a bit difficult to regulate in my room. I couldn't fully control it.
