friendly staffperfect locationno parkingmissing wardrobe
i found the staff very friendly. the beds were super comfy and i slept well each night. i also found the location perfect for my needs.. many restaurants and cafes were within walking distance. ossington and liberty village were easily accessible from here.
i found there was no parking on site. i had to walk from the parking area to the hotel with heavy luggage. i also noticed there were no wardrobes in the room, which would have been useful.

My stay had some issues. the street noise was really bad. I could hear everything. the lack of soundproofing made sleep difficult. also, the bathroom door didn't seem to fit right. It felt a bit off.

the location was excellent. the staff was lovely
The hotel looked great. I booked it to use the lovely bar and restaurant. however, on arrival the whole hotel, including the bar, lobby, and restaurant, had been given over to a wedding. there was no prior notice of this, and it was very awkward checking in. the hotel should not have been charging guests such a high price per night for a service they could not deliver.

mixed experience, some issues with noise

the staff was friendly and cute when i arrived, which i appreciated after a long trip.
My room faced the street and it was noisy, even late at night. I could hear streetcars and traffic. the room itself felt a bit small, and the air conditioning unit rattled loudly. i found it hard to relax due to the constant noise and the lack of space.
