Le Grill serves modern Bohemian and international dishes with seasonal ingredients and herbs from the hotel's organic herb garden. The restaurant focuses on Bohemian cuisine and grilled specialties, such as beef cheeks stewed in wine, salmon trout, and wild boar. During good weather, barbecues are offered in the garden. The lavish breakfast buffet features omelets, eggs Benedict, and waffles made fresh to order, along with Prague ham, local breads, and sparkling wine. The Two Step Bar and the Garden Restaurant offer similar service in a more relaxed setting. Wonderful desserts, homemade ice creams and carefully selected wines complement the dining experience.

The hotel has a spa on the second floor, created by architect Paul Woods, featuring a steam bath and sauna, a whirlpool tub, and treatment rooms for massages and body treatments. There is also a gym open 24 hours a day with cardio machines and free weights. The hotel also features a glass-roofed Lobby Lounge atrium ideal for afternoon tea, as well as a seasonal garden for alfresco dining. A bar features live piano music daily.
