The breakfast area was a disaster. it was small and overcrowded and the food ran out quickly. also, the room smelled a bit musty. I suspect there might have been some moisture issues. it.

leaking showerhead dim lighting
the breakfast had good options. i found the coffee satisfactory.
I found our room needing attention. the bathroom floor had hair. the showerhead was leaking. the lighting in the main room was dim and not adequate for reading at night. It was very annoying.

easy access convenient location two sinks free laundry
the location provided easy access to the national park. a mcdonald's was conveniently nearby. our room offered two sinks, one in the bathroom and another just outside. free laundry services were available for guest use.
the elevator servicing the building was located far from our room.

the location were close to attractions. this was acceptable.
the single elevator created inconvenience to move luggages. the busload of teenagers depleted breakfast before i arrive. i expect more for the price i paid.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the national park entrance. It made early morning trips very convenient. The complimentary breakfast offered several good options. I enjoyed the deep-fried breakfast rolls.
I found the bathroom to be somewhat dated. There was visible black mold around the bath area. The staff did not service the rooms unless requested (this i was not informed about it upon check in). I had to request towels.
