charmed by my stay
comfortable bed shower pressure complimentary water luggage storage
the bed was comfortable! the shower had great pressure. i enjoyed the complimentary water in the room. they stored my luggage after i checked out without issues.
The air conditioner was a bit loud. It made sleeping slightly difficult!

the hotel is close to penn station. there are many cafes and shops within a short walk, less than ten minutes. the hotel provided convenient access to various dining and shopping options in the area.

I found the shower and bathroom really useful. They had wall-mounted toiletries, so i didn't have to pack any. the breakfast buffet was also good. some days, there were many choices, other days fewer, but the quality was always consistent. the staff made sure everything was clean and well-stocked. the location is great for trains out of penn or any subway.

The hotel had early breakfast hours, opening at 7:00. hot drinks were available around the clock, a real bonus, especially after long days. there were also luggage storage services. We stored our bags while sightseeing before our transfer.

The room had large beds, useful. wall-mounted toiletries were available in the bathroom. That's very convenient. the room was clean, which i appreciated. the room size was good for the area.

breakfast offered a good choice of food, i always found something i wanted to eat. the breakfast buffet was clean. staff always stocked food, drinks and utensils. seating at breakfast can be limited at peak times.

The staff was helpful and friendly. the front desk ordered a taxi for us. It arrived promptly. buffet staff worked hard. i felt welcome. even though i had an issue, the staff was very attentive

The hotel is a short walk to the train station, very convenient. madison square garden is a short walk away. the hotel is close to many shops. It made exploring easy. the location is great, close to everything.
