A complimentary hot breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with options like scrambled eggs, bacon, Yukon potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, and fresh fruit. However, waffles were not available during some stays. Nearby dining includes a 24-hour Waffle House and a Cracker Barrel within walking distance.
Indoor Pool and Fitness Center
The hotel features an indoor heated pool (chlorinator maintenance has caused closures) and a fitness center with Peloton bikes and Technogym equipment. A guest laundry room is available but has been out of service. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided around the pool.
Convenient Location Near I-95
The Hampton Inn Elkton sits right off Interstate 95, a 10-minute drive from the University of Delaware and close to the C & D Canal Museum and Patriots Glen Golf Course. It is 19 km from New Castle Airport. Guests can walk to Dunkin' Donuts and Waffle House. However, some rooms hear highway noise.
