Pros
Walking distance to multiple theaters, including Black Bear Jamboree Dinner Show
Pet-friendly accommodations with generous weight limit
Complimentary services include parking, WiFi, and extensive breakfast buffet
Located at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains
Cons
37 miles from McGhee Tyson Airport with no shuttle service
Seasonal outdoor pool not available year-round
“This pet-friendly hotel stands out with its proximity to Dollywood and Tanger Outlets, plus less common features like an on-site spa tub and flexible late check-out; the breakfast cook has also earned acclaim for unique morning options. While some rooms could use updating and keycard issues need resolution, the lobby's charm and hospitable service still create a welcoming family-friendly atmosphere. I think it is a good option if those issues are addressed.”
