the staff was gracious and helpful they were responsive to our requests i also liked the convenient location within walking distance of many attractions the hotel provided a cute snack and drink that was a nice touch the location was really central
the room was disappointing it was super drab the shades didn't close all the way so i never got to watch tv there was no breakfast included or decent coffee facilities in the room

The valet parking was convenient. i used the fitness center. It had modern equipment. the room was well insulated and quiet from city noise. the location allowed easy access to public transportation.
the mini-fridge in my room was not cooling effectively.
