Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and offered a great view, which I appreciated as I was staying with my parents who are over 70. The staff, particularly Angie and Barbara, were extremely attentive and made our experience much better. However, the pricing felt a bit steep given the limited services, and the pool area was crowded, raising some concerns about social distancing.
