decent stay, some issues noted
excessive fee inflexible policy
The parking fee was excessive at $68 per night. an early check-in request incurred a $50 charge, even though the room was prepared. i found this inflexibility disappointing. Similar requests are usually complimentary at other establishments.

perfect location spacious room
i found the location perfect for broadway since it was a short walk away. the rooms are quite spacious and they are decorated nicely.
the mattresses felt too stiff and the pillows were like sleeping on slime!

Vintage Charm and Prime Location
vintage aesthetic clean room central location
The hotel boasts a vintage aesthetic. It was also decorated beautifully. Our room was clean and well-kept. We also appreciated the central location near attractions.
I found that the staff seemed rude during my interactions, and extra, unexpected charges looked on the final receipt (particularly for parking). I was disappointed about the lack of transparency.

Our room included two queen beds (very comfortable!). It was also decorated with trendy furniture and modern art. The shower was large with excellent water pressure, too.

The hotel's coffee machine was useful. They were happy to replenish supplies upon request (which i appreciated). The free cocktail in the lobby was literally a small serving from a bowl.

The hotel sits in a prime area. Everything is within walking distance (a definite plus!). The hotel is located very close to broadway.

Convenient Stay Near Bridgestone Arena
convenient location friendly staff clean room mobile tipping
I stayed one night for a concert downtown. The location is very convenient for the Bridgestone Arena. It is also walkable to bars and restaurants. ALL the staff were friendly, especially the valets, who promptly retrieved my car. Mobile tipping for valet service was available (which i appreciate). I would stay again.

Our king room was clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable (i slept very well). The bathroom included a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. I found the room quiet and relaxing.

I did not utilize the dining options, but i did observe a bar area. This bar offered a variety of beverages. Guests could also enjoy snacks in the lobby area. I noticed the area was well-kept.

There is a rooftop pool. It is a smaller pool but provides a nice area to relax. The hotel also provides a well-equipped fitness room. I appreciated these features.

The location near Broadway is amazing. The hotel is a short walk from the Ryman Auditorium. The proximity allows easy access to many attractions. I found the area very walkable.

car damage insincere kindness
The valet parking was convenient though it caused an issue. I noticed damage to my car after they retrieved it. I reported it immediately, but the claims team denied responsibility because I didn't report it before leaving, impossible since they opened the door for me! This reminded me of a trap, and their kindness seemed insincere. I now regret trusting them and suggest others thoroughly inspect their vehicles before leaving.
