The Loft Opus suite features Jazz-themed decor, a king bed, a bathroom with a deep tub and glass shower, and a living room with a sofa, dining table, and kitchenette. The Sports Suite is 800 square feet and features a king bed, a modern bathroom with a glass shower, a dressing room, two lounges, two 55-inch TVs, one 75-inch TV, and an open kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and popcorn machine. Each Loft4U studio apartment features a queen bed, a smart TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, in-suite laundry, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

HOTEL10 has multiple dining options, including BAR20 bistro which is open for lunch, dinner, and drinks. Its menu changes with the seasons. Café Origine, adjacent to Espace Godin, serves coffee and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The hotel includes a wine bar that offers a selection of special drinks for coffee and cocktail drinkers. There is also BLVD 44, a nightclub.
