This hotel has a charming retro vibe that enhances its downtown Chattanooga location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but I faced some issues like a lack of breakfast and a pool that was closed during my stay. Though I found the dining a bit pricey, I appreciated the friendly staff and their willingness to assist. However, there were some service delays that I felt could have been addressed better.
