the location was good. i walked to places in the area. the front desk service was excellent. the staff provided a cake for a birthday. they provided filtered water and refilled it daily.
the room was okay but something happened at the end of my trip. i left something in the room. the manager found it and promised he will mail it. then they stopped responding. i think it's an unprofessional way to manage a hotel.

The staff helped arrange a tour. During the stay, recommendations flowed freely. Breakfast was included. I especially liked the avocado toast. The hotel's modern mexican design stood out.
The room felt quite dark. It impacted the overall experience. More lighting would greatly improve the ambiance.

the double room was beautiful. it included nice amenities and a spacious design. the outside courtyard and restaurant area were also well decorated. i found the bathrooms clean and well kept.
The hotel service did not quite reach the 9+ rating standard. A group was noisy in the courtyard late at night. the staff apologized but offered no compensation for the disturbance. i hope they address such issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

the Staff was friendly SO friendly. breakfast was also acceptable, nothing lovely.
I do regret the noise at night. Other guests were loud. it was VERY irritating when they partied in the hallways after midnight. I think management should have handled this better.
