Hotel Jaco features 18 suites. Six oceanfront suites have private balconies overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with options for one king or two queen beds. All suites include extremely comfortable mattresses, bamboo sheets, and ice-cold AC. Suites are apartment-sized with either one king bed or two queen beds and come equipped with a living room and smart TVs. Most have balconies overlooking the ocean or pool. Each room measures 415 square feet, has 9-foot ceilings, individual room air conditioning, modern colors, and room darkening drapes. Some suites feature kitchens. Rooms with king beds have purified drinking water, a wet bar with a beverage fridge, bartop tables, and outdoor seating. All rooms have a desk with a chair, coffee table, sofa, and coffee maker. Rick built a large suite on top of the hotel with views and a giant private balcony looking out at the Pacific Ocean. It includes an open space, a gourmet kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 full baths, and a tub with an ocean view. This suite holds a maximum of 4 guests and features a coffee maker and espresso machine, beverage fridge, 75" smart TV, iron and steamer, hairdryer, fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chair.
