generally decent lodging
ideal locationminute subwaydirect accessclosed spaunorganized staffunprofessional impression
the location was ideal. it was super close to cafes. dining out was very easy. the subway was a minute walk away and took you directly to the eiffel tower.
the spa was closed. we weren't informed about this in advance. the staff seemed unorganized and made an unprofessional impression. despite their efforts, i was not happy with that.
