The staff was very friendly and informative, especially daniel at reception. free laundry and drying service was available. It is great for overseas travelers. the location and facilities were also excellent.
a dermatologist confirmed they were bed bug bites, a horrifying experience. i called the hotel multiple times, but no one returned my calls.

The room resembled a small apartment. I appreciated the included kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator and bar area. I received an upgrade to a room with a desk, chair, and sofa, offering additional space..
I noticed some wear and tear. Specifically, the exterior looked somewhat run down, as did the lobby and elevators.

i stayed in a queen studio it had a well equipped kitchen. the staff were friendly and quick to help me out with directions. the location was really central close to lots of restaurants
the fridge made loud noises i found this annoying. the room decor was outdated with old carpets. there was no table in the room making it hard to eat in the suite

my studio had a full kitchen it was very useful i cooked several meals there. the location was central i walked to many attractions. the parking in the basement was convenient it made coming and going easy.
the air conditioner made a bit of noise at night though i got used to it
