Hotel ZERO1 has 165 guestrooms and suites, each with a flat-screen TV, pillow-top bed, and kitchenette. Rooms have city views. ZERO1 LIVING and ZERO1 PANORAMA suites are apartment-style units that measure 600 square feet, and feature two bedrooms, with either one queen-size bed and one sofa-bed. These suites include a lounge area, dining nook, wet bar, and two flat-screen TVs. Executive Suites, measuring 600 square feet, provide a fully renovated space with two private bedrooms, a lunch counter with four stools, a living area with an L-shaped sofa, and a small working area.

The new Z Tapas Lounge offers a variety of tapas created by chef Marielvi Falvino. Guests can add breakfast to their stay. A hot breakfast buffet is available starting from 7:00 a.m. Coffee capsules and bottles of water are available for guests.

Hotel ZERO1 offers a fitness room on the 5th floor, open 24 hours a day. A unique outdoor terrace on the 5th floor offers views of downtown Montréal and is open from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. The terrace is available for event privatization. An indoor courtyard is available next to the reception. Guests have access to Bota Bota Spa at a preferential rate.

Hotel ZERO1 is in downtown Montréal's Quartier des Spectacles, near shops, museums, historic sites, and cultural attractions. The hotel is near the Theatre du Nouveau Monde and the Monument-National, the oldest functioning theatre in Quebec. The Old Port, from which cruises depart, is a six-minute drive away. Metro St-Laurent (Green Line) and Metro Place d'Armes (Orange Line) are steps away.
