The hotel had a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the location is great with plenty of shopping nearby and the staff were truly exceptional, making my stay memorable. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues, which somewhat marred the overall experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but need some TLC, especially regarding the carpets and furniture.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I noticed that the carpets were dirty, and one of the panels in the divider was broken. However, the bed linens were spectacular and the TV was a good size.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, easily assisting with any questions. They made sure to greet us warmly every time we passed by.

Located conveniently near an outlet mall and various shopping areas, the location was a definite plus for my stay.
