I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The valet service was exceptional, especially thanks to Rodell, who went out of his way to assist us. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Savannah. However, the interior room was quite noisy, and the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Overall, while there were great staff and convenience, the noise level and some amenities could use improvement.

The rooms were clean but on the smaller side for couples. The bathroom showed its age, and there was no microwave in the room, which was inconvenient.

The valet service was exceptional, and staff members were generally friendly and helpful, but there were some inconsistencies, especially during peak times.
