Located in Downtown Miami's Brickell district, this 4-star Miami hotel features individually decorated apartments with private balconies offering sea or city views. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and full-sized refrigerator, plus a living room with a 55-inch smart TV. The Icon Brickell Residences provides indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa center with massage services, hot tub, and sauna. Two bars, a restaurant, and two meeting rooms serve business travelers. A fitness center, health club, and nightclub add to the recreational options. The property sits within a 10-minute walk of Brickell City Centre and 0.5 miles from Miami Tower, while the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts is 1 mile away.
Pros
Private entrance to all units with soundproofed walls
Multiple dining options within 0.5 miles, including Cipriani and Cantina La Veinte
Spa center features massage services and jetted bathtubs
Units offer washing machines and dryers for extended stays
Cons
Housekeeping provided on limited basis only
Port of Miami located 1 mile from property
“Icon Brickell Residences distinguishes itself with an uncommon amenity for a hotel of its kind: an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, enhanced by a comprehensive spa that includes wellness treatments; plus, fully equipped kitchens in every unit offer convenience for longer stays. With family-friendly options like indoor play areas, the hotel provides unique advantages over standard accommodations in Downtown Miami, near Brickell City Centre and the Arsht Center. It's a solid choice, though some reports suggest the overall upkeep could use improvement.”
