i found the staff to be very helpful and kind . the breakfast was very good, especially the coffee. my room was clean and modern. i appreciated the location near the waterfront.
i noticed that the water glasses in my room did not appear to be replaced after use, raising hygiene concerns. i wish the cups were replaced more frequently.

i was pleased with the prompt check-in and checkout i experienced the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the rooftop swimming pool offered a great way to relax with good views. i found the room decor unique and pleasing making my stay feel special
the limited parking was a slight inconvenience i recommend arriving early to secure a spot

The check-in process was fast and easy. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was spacious enough and it had all the basic things I needed. I liked the swimming pool a lot though the lifeguard seemed a bit unapproachable.
The water in the shower did not drain very well. It kept gathering around my feet.

The hotel's location near the metro station was VERY convenient. I found breakfast to be good with a nice variety. The staff members were friendly and always ready to help. The room was super clean and cozy.
The gym is quite small. I only saw one bike and a few dumbbells.
