Kapp and Kappy B&B has three rooms: the Verona Room, the Steel Horse Room, and the Dancing Horse Room. The Verona Room features a queen bed, a sitting area, and a view of one of the original Grissom family homes in Kissimmee's Beaumont Historic District. The Steel Horse Room has a king bed and overlooks the garden. The Dancing Horse Room has a king bed and offers a view of Clyde Avenue and an oak tree planted in the 1920s. All rooms include an en-suite bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, a Keurig coffee maker, and a mini-refrigerator.
Breakfast and Partnered Catering
A hot American breakfast is included with each room. The breakfast menu typically includes bacon, eggs, pancakes, and Tom's famous corned beef hash. Special dietary needs, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, are available with advance notice. Kapp and Kappy partners with Matador Taco & Tapas Bar for catering.
Grounds and Activities
Kapp and Kappy B&B has a native plant garden that supports butterfly and bee life. Guests can view monarchs, queens, swallowtails, and sulfurs butterflies. Sculptures are displayed in the gardens, integrated among the plants. Guests can relax on the wraparound porch and use the rocking chairs. Wild Florida, with airboat tours of the Everglades and a wildlife park, is 33 minutes away. The Shingle Creek Regional Trail is near for cyclists, pedestrians, and nature lovers.
Location and Access
Located in the South Beaumont Historic District of Downtown Kissimmee, Kapp and Kappy B&B is near Osceola Heritage Park, Gatorland, and Wild Florida. Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are within a 30-minute drive. The Kissimmee SunRail station is within walking distance, with service to Orlando, Winter Park, and Sanford. Onsite free parking is available for one car per room. Willy's Weiners, Lewis Music, and Diane's Tea Room are within walking distance.

Kapp and Kappy B&B is staffed with innkeepers who reside onsite and provide information on local attractions and dining. The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout. All rooms can be accessed via stairs. There are sterilized surfaces and a UV-C sterilization process to sanitize all surfaces in the room between guests, and also industry standard disinfecting and cleaning procedures are followed.
