Borneta features 92 rooms and suites with interiors that take creative inspiration from the El Born neighborhood. Rooms include Spanish furniture, antiques, and local artwork. Classic Rooms overlook the interior patio or Carrer de la Fusina, and feature a queen bed, a reading corner, and a rainfall shower. Superior Rooms include a balcony with views of Passeig de Picasso or Carrer de la Fusina. Signature Rooms feature city views, a Nespresso machine, Le Labo products, and a king bed. Terrace Rooms are located on the first floor and include an outdoor terrace. Corner Rooms feature two balconies overlooking Passeig de Picasso, Carrer de la Fusina, and beyond. The Junior Suite opens onto a terrace with lounge seating and has a separate lounge area with a sleeper sofa. Junior Terrace Suites are located on the fifth floor with views of Ciutadella Park and the city, and also include outdoor showers. The Borneta Suite, on the fifth floor, has a lounge area with a fireplace, a terrace with an outdoor bathtub, and access to the rooftop pool.

Volta restaurant celebrates Western Mediterranean cuisine with local ingredients and Italian influences from Executive Chef Andrea De Benedictis. The restaurant features Girona roast beef, red prawn tartare, and tempura parmigiana. Volta bar offers signature cocktails, including the Negroni Mediterraneo, the Briny Martini, the Riviera, and the Maragda Sour, alongside a wine list highlighting small-scale Italian producers.
