i found brittany to be amazing at the rainbow room restaurant. she showed kindness and patience, even though it was very busy. she was a joy and made our evening wonderful! the food was great , and the views from the restaurant are amazing.
the corridors had an unpleasant odor , which i hope they address soon.

the pool was great and very clean, with a refreshing experience after a day of exploring the area. a golf cart service provides convenient transport up and down from the car park. the hotel has fine views and a convenient location.

our queen room with a view had ample space and met our needs. the room size was good , even for a family getaway. the bed was comfortable and i enjoyed the view from the room.

Christine's service stood out. She was friendly , knowledgeable , and helpful. adam, the golf cart driver, was very nice and fun to chat with. the staff helped load and unload our boat , showing excellent friendliness in hot weather.

lovely stay near lake powell

the staff was friendly and helpful. the facilities were clean and well kept, a plus. i enjoyed the view from my room, very nice after long days. the swimming pool was refreshing and provided needed towels.
the walls were thin, so i could hear neighbor noise. a baby crying and a toddler were loud. hopefully, this is not always the case.

I dined at the restaurant. It was amazing!!! the food at the bar was excellent, and i enjoyed it a lot. the restaurant offers a good selection of entrees, and the service was prompt.

the check-in and check-out processes were easy and fast. staff members were helpful with directions and local information. i received prompt attention whenever i required assistance, and they worked hard.

my room included two queen beds, very spacious. a balcony was included, and it offered a view of the marina. the room was supplied with a microwave and refrigerator, useful for snacks.

i stay a while in queen room two queen beds view room and it was nice. the walking trails was fun, so many rocks! i enjoy the restaurant and the salmon taste good, i had a really good time.
the corridors had a little smell.

The location was so close to everything i needed, it was wonderful! there was a gas station nearby. restaurants were right on the hotel. i especially adored lake powell right in the backyard. the rainbow room's shrimp risotto will be on my mind forever. It tasted very nice.
the bar staff took a very long time to pour my drink. he spoke with coworkers and other guests first. finally, he remembered my order but the glass was not allowed outside. he poured the beverage into a plastic cup, disappointing.

The location is beautiful! It provides fine views of the lake. The on-site restaurant offers very good meals. I found the staff helpful .
I found the air conditioning to be ineffective. It did not work properly . The room smelled strongly of a wet dog. The WiFi service was unreliable. It never worked .
