Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and had comfortable beds, although the size was a bit on the smaller side. The location was convenient for visiting Nashville, which we really appreciated. However, we did have a less-than-ideal experience with one of the front desk staff members who affected our mood upon arrival.
