Pros
Pet-friendly accommodations with dedicated policies
Lake access with fishing and boating opportunities
Multiple shared fire pits for evening gatherings
Proximity to hiking trails and outdoor recreation areas
Cons
Row boats only available seasonally (April-October)
Guests must bring their own cooking supplies and personal care items
“This place might be a great deal considering current prices, but some areas could use attention. It seems like the new owners should address the Wi-Fi issues, and the docks need repairs. With some investment, this could be a really nice spot.”
