The hotel staff were amazing. The room was very clean, I did appreciate the small touches of water and Lindt chocolate. The hotel maintains a very high standard of service and attention to details, I noticed.
The rooms might need some polishing, I did observe that furniture and accessories showed some wear. This could be addressed.

The hotel's location offers Convenient access to Newbury Street, I noticed several restaurants nearby. A subway station exists one block away. It provides easy transport to many points of interest.

My room had a nice fridge. The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee each morning, A VERY WELCOME perk. Fresh water was available in the rooms every day. I found that useful. Christian helped us with refreshments and luggage storage.
The AC was intense. I could not easily adjust the temperature in my room.

The irish bar was friendly. The hotel provides great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The city bar had fabulous cocktails. The drink selection met my needs. I recommend it.

the location was amazing! upscale shopping and dining were just steps away. the subway station was only one block away. the staff was friendly. i felt welcomed every time i walked through the door.
The lobby had a very strong perfume smell. I found it a bit overpowering.

the hotel is in a great position near newbury street. the room was large and well appointed. it had plenty of room for my family. the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.
i attended an event last night where the general manager screamed at a poor woman at the door because his friend hadn't put him on a vip list. he dropped the whole "don't you know who i am? " line. this was really gross behavior.
