the staff was friendly! i appreciated the convenient location for walking to nearby attractions. the gym has sufficient equipment for a decent workout. it includes several machines.

comfortable bed valet parking
I stayed in a king room for four nights and found the bed very comfortable. valet parking was available. It made arrivals and departures smooth.

Acceptable Stay, Issues with Toiletries
The location was good. I could walk to restaurants and shops.
I had to ask for toilet paper multiple times. The front desk seemed confused, and housekeeping did not provide it despite repeated requests. I don't understand why getting basic toiletries was such a hassle!

city navigation prompt elevators clean fitness center convenient location
The staff provided superb assistance with city navigation and suburban travel. Elevators were prompt and also quiet. I found the fitness center and basement restrooms spotlessly clean. Its proximity to Pioneer Square plus transit options made getting around simple.
The amenity fee seemed unnecessary considering the limited tangible benefits offered here.
