Admirable river view and great service
clean room excellent shower efficient staff
I found the double room private bathroom very clean upon arrival. The shower had excellent pressure I found. The staff swiftly addressed a minor issue with the television, it was efficient.

charming stay Near the river
period features spacious room high ceiling river view
the room was a double room river view it was spacious and well kept i noticed period features throughout the hotel like the staircase railings that added to its charm the size of the room combined with the high ceiling provided a comfortable environment the river view provided a picturesque backdrop to my stay.
i had to climb stairs which was difficult with heavy luggage

the room featured a comfortable bed and ample space to move around there was an en suite bathroom with modern fixtures this provided added convenience the room temperature was easy to regulate ensuring a pleasant stay.

fiona greeted me warmly upon arrival and provided helpful information the staff was attentive and addressed my needs promptly the early check-in was accommodated and demonstrated excellent service i REALLY appreciated the staff's flexibility.

the hotel provided a voucher for a local restaurant the food at the recommended hotel was really good the location of the restaurant was very convenient to the hotel this added value to my overall experience it was great.

the hotel is near the town centre and the Eden Court Theatre the proximity to St Andrews Cathedral and River Ness is a bonus i noticed diverse street food options just steps away from the hotel everything felt very accessible.

train station breakfast items
The location suited my travel needs. it was very close to the train station. i found a store for breakfast items about one block away. This was especially useful.
the room was on the upper floors and required navigating multiple flights of stairs, a bit inconvenient with luggage.

central location block proximity immaculate room fantastic location
the hotel has a convenient LOCATION near the train station. A Tesco store is also located one block away from the hotel, it is useful for purchasing breakfast food. i found the room immaculate. the location is fantastic.
i noticed the mattress was awful.

convenient location short walk discount voucher
i found the location quite convenient , as it was a short walk to the city centre. it was also very close to the river. the host provided a discount voucher for a nearby restaurant , which i thought was a nice touch.
