the entrance hall felt a bit dark and could use a little refreshing, though it didn't impact my overall experience.

The hotel is near the Van Gogh Museum. The location is superb. The bus to the airport is a short walk away, very convenient. The staff offered helpful service. They were readily available.

The room i got was a great size for just me. there was a large window overlooking the street, nice for natural light, even if the trams did run frequently! the staff was always ready with a smile and seemed genuinely eager to help with directions. Their suggestions for nearby restaurants were spot on. i also liked how close it was to the park.
The stairs are a bit steep. I was on the third floor, and it was a climb with my suitcase.

The staff was consistently cute and helpful. A coffee machine located in the reception area provided complimentary beverages. I found this particularly convenient . The location is near Vondelpark which proved ideal for morning strolls. The proximity to the tram stop, just a short walk away, allowed for easy access to the city center.
I noticed the absence of an elevator and the presence of steep stairs. This could pose challenges with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
