Our recent stay had its ups and downs. The pool area was a hit with the kids, creating a fun atmosphere, but the overall service, especially in dining, left a lot to be desired. While the rooms were decent, we did experience some delays and maintenance issues. It’s a family-friendly place with plenty of activities, yet it could use some improvements across the board.
