I found the complimentary shuttle service to downtown quite convenient. The drivers were professional and punctual. It definitely saved on transportation costs. The customer service provided by the front desk staff was helpful. They answered my questions about local attractions and directions clearly.
The gym equipment could use some updating.

The hotel is located a short drive from the main attractions. This made it easy to access various points of interest without being in the busiest part of town, it was a good balance. The area around the hotel felt safe and relatively quiet.

The pool area featured a good number of loungers . There was also a designated area for smokers, this kept the smoke away from non-smoking areas. The hotel offers a business center with computers and printers for guest use.

Breakfast included a selection of hot and cold items. I found the dining area to be clean and well-kept. Coffee and tea were available throughout the morning, this was really a plus.

My room included a king-sized bed with fresh linens. A television with a wide range of channels was available. The room also featured a work desk and a comfortable chair, it was all useful.

The staff were consistently polite and professional . Requests for extra towels and toiletries were promptly fulfilled. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel, really.
