The airport shuttle (Aerobus) stops 5 minutes away, costing 30 dirhams. Taxis to the airport cost about 80 dirhams. The hotel provides airport transfers and car rental.

The 24-hour front desk offers concierge service, luggage storage, and private check-in/check-out. Room service is available. Staff are noted as helpful, especially the young men on the night shift (Ali, Abdul Aali, Hassan, Amine, Nouhaila). However, the hotel has no sign outside and is up a set of stairs, making it hard to find. Some guests report being moved to another hotel due to overbooking, which can be a negative experience. The hotel is non-smoking and has key access, CCTV in common areas, and fire extinguishers. It does not have a lift, so guests must climb stairs.
