Each room includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, and a private bathroom. Rooms feature a tea and coffee maker, ironing facilities, air conditioning, a refrigerator, microwave, AM/FM alarm clock, telephone for local calls, voice mail, and data ports. Furnished suites provide more living space than a standard hotel room.

Mercer Kitchen & Beer Hall is located on the main floor. It features Stratford's largest craft beer menu and an cocktail list. Mercer Hall's menu includes a variety of options.
