the check-in process was quite quick. the hotel restaurant has a great atmosphere and a diverse menu. i found the complimentary robe and slippers to be a good bonus adding to the overall comfort. the location is excellent giving easy access to downtown and nearby restaurants.

i noticed the games room equipment showed signs of wear and tear and it included a noticeable hole in the ceiling. this detracted slightly from the otherwise great experience.

The front desk staff called cabs promptly and provided excellent directions to local attractions. Valet service was both friendly AND efficient. Housekeeping maintained a super clean environment in both the room and throughout the hotel..
