Spacious and stylish stay

The building has a beautiful art deco design. The room felt very spacious (especially by city standards) and included high quality furniture. I appreciated the ease of check-in and found the bed very comfortable.

I noticed some noise from the heater in the room. It slightly impacted my rest.

The hotel is near the financial district and a short walk to several metro stations. Pier 17 is also within easy reach, offering plenty of restaurants and views. Wall Street and Ground Zero are both nearby, convenient for sightseeing.

The hotel features a very large fitness section in the basement. There is a supermarket also in the basement (very convenient!). The building retains its historical charm with modern updates.

record player helpful staff subway station

I had a premium king studio . the room had a record player. It was a nice touch. the staff was helpful, even decorating the room with rose petals when i proposed to my girlfriend. there is a subway station about a 5-minute walk away, so getting around was convenient.

i thought the darker walls made the ambiance a bit too dark.

multiple withdrawals unhelpful staff

The location was great. It allowed me to walk to lower manhattan or easily catch a subway.

The deposit was withdrawn multiple times. This created a lot of confusion. contacting the reception desk was not helpful, as they gave conflicting information and did not resolve the issue (it seemed like they didn't take it seriously). it's frustrating when a hotel charges you extra and then shrugs off responsibility.

helpful staff easy check-in loud a c unit shower products

our premium one bedroom king offered ample space. the staff was very helpful and check-in was smooth. the black fox coffee shop in the building was a convenient and delicious breakfast option. its location made exploring the seaport and brooklyn bridge very easy.

The a/c unit in our room was loud. we also noticed that the shower products were in an awkward spot. It was too easy to hit them accidentally, i think.

ample space responsive staff

The apartment offered ample space and provided everything needed for a nice stay. a subway station stood just two minutes away. a coffee shop and wonderful restaurants were colocated in the building. the staff was responsive. Room service was also great. this stay.

The heater in our room was very noisy. loud music from the neighboring room. cleanliness needs improvement. We received dirty towels more than once.

subway lines roomy studio friendly staff holiday decoration

the location rocks because it's close to the subway lines. a huge plus! the studio plus was really, really roomy. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i really like the decoration during the holidays!

it is a little inconvenient for disabled people to get from parking to inside the building late at night.
