“The rooftop sundeck and pool make it a relaxed place to unwind, and the building has an appealing design; it is a quiet spot, which is welcome in lively Tulum, plus it's within walking distance of the ADO bus station and the ruins. However, issues like bed bugs and limited locker space in the dorms need to be addressed. It is my opinion that while the property has potential, these maintenance concerns impact the overall experience.”
