The Novecento Boutique Hotel, tucked away in Calle del Dose, is located off Campo San Maurizio, between St Mark's Square and the Accademia Gallery. The nine bedrooms include Mediterranean furniture and Oriental tapestries. Original Venetian marble or wood floors are enhanced with carpets collected from travels in Morocco. Some rooms include four-poster beds, and twin configurations are available. The en suite compact shower bathrooms feature Philippe Starck-designed fittings, showers, hairdryers, and Ortigia toiletries. Rooms offer air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. The rooms present multi-ethnic furniture circa 1900, or design created by Italian artists and stylists.

Breakfast at the Novecento Boutique is served in the garden in summer. The breakfast includes homemade cakes and pies with Italian coffee. Typical Italian coffee products, suggest the use of fresh milk and top quality toasted coffee beans.

The living room includes an honesty bar, a library, and table games. Guests can help themselves to drinks while reading, playing games, or listening to music. Complimentary tea and coffee are available with homemade pastries and biscuits.

Novecento is in a quiet corner centrally located. The hotel is a five-minute walk from St Mark's and a 20-minute walk to the Rialto. To reach the hotel from the airport, take the direct public water shuttle « Alilaguna » to the historical center of the city. With Vaporetto line 2 to San Samuele (same ticket of line 1) direct line from Santa Lucia train station & Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto car park.

The Romanelli family has been running the Hotel Flora for more than 50 years. The reception is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Assistance outside these hours is available at Hotel Flora. Guests can check in autonomously with a Smart Check-in system.
