The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they have bikes available to use. Discounts on tourist destinations were also available. The location is great, and I could easily walk to many places. The room was spacious with tall ceilings.
I could hear people walking above me very clearly. The floors make a lot of noise. The lighting inside was really bad. It was always dark, even with all the lights on. The window faced the side of a building directly. It was useless.

lack of light dirty sprinklers
the front desk staff was cordial enough during check-in.
The room lacked sufficient light. i found dust and dirt on the fire sprinklers. This indicated a lack of thorough cleaning. the experience wasn't good enough for the price i paid.
