Hotel Palazzo Stern offers a restaurant with a different taste path for each season. The restaurant serves espresso, cappuccino, and American coffee, in addition to a variety of teas. Breakfast options include croissants, muffins, pancakes, bread with jam, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Full breakfast choices include eggs with bacon, omelets, and a selection of main courses, such as a toasted ham and cheese sandwich, or smoked salmon bagel. The restaurant is accessible to hotel guests and external visitors. You can choose from the à la carte menu, or a 70 euro menu including aperitif, starter, main course (first or second), dessert, water, coffee. It can be booked exclusively for the guests.
Leisure: Rooftop and boat
Hotel Palazzo Stern has a roof terrace with a whirlpool tub with views to the Dolomites. There is complimentary use of the hotel's vintage wooden boat which ferries guests from Palazzo Stern's sister hotel Santa Chiara, near the station and does occasional tours to see glass makers on Murano.

Hotel Palazzo Stern is on the Grand Canal, directly facing the Rialto Bridge. It is a few steps from the Accademia and Saint Mark, but far from the confusion of tourists. Dorsoduro is home to the Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, and Punta della Dogana. The property can be reached by private water taxi or by public transport to the Ca' Rezzonico stop, next to the hotel. The Marco Polo International Airport is 10 km away. From Santa Lucia train station, a water taxi takes 20 minutes, or public transport takes 35 minutes to Ca' Rezzonico.
