Our allocated room felt cramped, it was a bit of a letdown. The bathroom fan rattled annoyingly ALL NIGHT, it definitely hampered a good sleep. The promised toiletries were minimal. The soap dispenser looked almost empty. We loved the location, but the room disappointed us.

Great Guest House Experience

separate bedroomdining areaclean bathroomhelpful staff
I was happy to provide my own meals, breakfast included. Having a kitchenette with a dining area separate is a excellent idea. There was a fridge, hairdryer, fan, iron, and kettle in the room that I use. I found a clean bathroom upon my arrival.
The bed was a little too firm for my liking. The lights was too bright without dimming options.
Service
9/10
The smooth check-in makes me feel welcome. I saw that Sam and his son greets guests with friendliness. Staff are very well-mannered when I ask for assistance.
Dining
8/10
A proper kitchenette allows preparation of meals. The separate dining area is clean and spacious. I think that it adds value to the accommodation.
Facilities
9/10
The room features a kettle and a fridge. I used the code to access doors, it eliminates a key. The guest house offers good bus routes for easy access to the center.
