The hotel exuded history and charm, i noticed immediately upon arrival. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I found several restaurants within walking distance. i also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my roomwith a nice rest.
i thought the sink in my room drained a bit slowly.

the staff were always cute, from airport pickup to drop off. my queen size room was very spacious and well-decorated. being in downtown, i could easily walk to beale street.
the swimming pool is in the basement and it feels cold.

the skydeck offered amazing views, especially at sunset. the location was also very convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
the self-parking area was quite a long walk from the hotel entrance, including several sets of stairs. the ice machines on my floor were not working, so getting ice became inconvenient.

the alarm in my room sounded at 6:00 a.m., i had not set it! sensor lights came on all night, disrupting my sleep, even though i stayed in bed. a good night's sleep remains important at a hotel, even for leisure travelers. the experience was unsettling.
