Pension Prague City offers 50 standard rooms, each with a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms, including four attic rooms, have air-conditioning for an additional 100 CZK per day. Twelve comfort rooms include two rooms, typically with a double bed and one or two single beds; extra beds are available. Guests have access to a high-speed wireless network throughout the hotel using a password provided at check-in. Two desktop computers with high-speed internet are available for guest use at reception, with printing available for boarding passes and tickets. Other activities such as hiking and biking trails are located near the hotel.

Pension Prague City is located in Karlin, near Prague's historical center, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, day or night. The closest tram stops, 'Husinecka' and 'Lipanska', are less than 300 meters from the hotel. From Václav Havel Airport, take bus 119 to Nadrazi Veleslavin, then the Metro Green Line (A) to Mustek, then tram 9 to Husinecka or Lipanska tram stop. From the International Bus Station Florenc, take bus 133 or 175 to Tachovske namesti. From the Main Railway Station, take tram 5, 9, or 26 to Husinecka or Lipanska. The hotel offers secure parking, also suitable for buses.
