The location was amazing for our concert at the moody center. the staff are kind and attentive during our entire stay. our one-bedroom premier apartment was well stocked and clean. It also has an amazing patio.

the staff was very kind and helpful. my studio had ample space, enough for a comfortable stay (it really seemed like home). i was happy to find complimentary water, coffee, and tea. the in-unit washer and dryer were particularly convenient .

the access to the elevator required entering a code each time, a minor inconvenience.

i wasn't happy about several things. the shower handle was practically unusable as it just kept spinning. silverware was oddly stored in the closet. this made simple tasks more frustrating than they needed to be.

secure building cheaper parking comfy bed

i liked the secure building a lot with cheaper parking compared to others. the bed was comfy and staff was nice. check-in and leaving went smooth, it was like hotel style apartment living.

the access via code entry felt annoying. a six digit code was needed every time i used any door, even the elevator to the lobby. it felt excessive.

cheaper parking secure building easy check-in

Parking was cheaper than nearby lots. the building felt secure. I always felt safe. checking in was fast and easy. the room really seemed like an apartment.

the code entry system became annoying. a six-digit code was required to access every door, even the elevator, and the system was sometimes unresponsive. i experienced delays accessing different areas.
