My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to a variety of issues. While the staff were kind and did their best to address our complaints, the room cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. Additionally, unexpected rules regarding pets and ongoing renovations added to the frustration. For the price, I expected a much better experience overall.
