My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to a variety of issues. While the staff were kind and did their best to address our complaints, the room cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. Additionally, unexpected rules regarding pets and ongoing renovations added to the frustration. For the price, I expected a much better experience overall.

The room we stayed in was not clean, and we encountered several issues like a broken iron and a stopped-up sink. The bed was also quite uncomfortable due to maintenance issues, which made for restless nights.

The staff were friendly and attempted to resolve our issues promptly. However, the ongoing construction and lack of proper communication diminished their efforts.
