The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I found three pillows available, really nice. The breakfast was delicious , birch juice stood out to me.

i was really annoyed by how dusty and outdated everything felt. it definitely didn't live up to the expectations i had for a hotel of this tier. also, one staff member (an african lady) seemed to struggle with understanding my room service order, frustrating. the location was fine though.
