Rooms and Suites

Rawley Resort, Spa & Marina provides suites, terraces, and lofts. Suites feature one King bed or two Double beds, with bathrooms including glass showers and amenities. Some suites offer balconies, kitchenettes with granite counter tops, coffee makers, kettles, fridges, microwaves, ice-buckets, and wine glasses. Executive suites add marble bathrooms with rainforest showers and Jacuzzi tubs. The Terraces include a separate living room. The Executive Waterside Loft has two stories, a walk-out deck, and water views.

Culinary Experiences

The Lighthouse45 Restaurant blends local flavors with innovative touches. The Grill offers waterside lunches. Trading Post Cabin provides specialty coffees. The Icebreaker serves ice cream. A locally inspired picnic lunch, prepared by the Chef, can be arranged. The Piano Bar & Lounge features live entertainment. The full-service bar features cocktails, wines, aperitifs, premium liquors & craft beer.

Leisure and Wellness

Guests have access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. The Spa at Rawley provides treatments, including Eminence Organic Holistic Facials. Wye Marsh, Tay Shore Trail & School House Trail offer nature experiences. The resort provides free bikes. Guests can enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and cycling in-and-around Port Severn. Dogs under 60 lbs are welcomed on the resort property, with the exception of the main building. A cascading waterfall is nearby.

Location and History

Rawley Resort, Spa & Marina is located 1.5 hours North of Toronto, near the Trent Severn Waterway. Nearby landmarks include Gloucester Pool (5 km) and Lock 45 (0.3 km). The property is the successor of Christie's Lumber Mill, which operated in the 19th century. In 1922, Edgar Otto Rawson, Mabel Rawson, and James Gawley built a fishing lodge on the property.

Services and Amenities

The resort provides free private parking and free bikes. Staff is available at the 24-hour front desk. Boat service, storage, and slip rental are available at Bush's Marina for boats up to 36ft long. Winter services include shrink wrap, winterizing, storage, hot water pressure wash, and acid wash. The Rivers End room accommodates up to 60 guests and has a retractable ceiling projector screen. Rawley also offers private boat voyages on the Trent-Severn Waterway and private charter flights from throughout Ontario.
