the location was ideal near many attractions. i easily walked to the cn tower and union station. the room included a kitchenette which i found very practical. breakfast offered a good selection with many options available to me
the elevators were quite busy at peak hours a slight inconvenience

I found the room setup very convenient, complete with a kitchenette and full fridge. The double desk area and living space were very comfortable for working and relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast options, as well as the pool and exercise area.
The elevators were quite slow. There was often a wait for them.

The front desk provided polite, prompt service and addressed my needs efficiently. Staff members were helpful and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. This contributed positively to my overall experience with hotel services.
